How information is handled
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information handled when you visit Income-hacks, use its forms or tools, or follow links away from the site.
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
Scope and current site features
This policy applies to https://online-income.online and describes current practices as of the effective date above. The site has a newsletter signup form, a contact form, and quiz and calculator tools, plus a password-protected dashboard for the site administrator. It does not offer visitor accounts, comments, payments, analytics, advertising, affiliate-click tracking, automated email delivery, or email preferences. If features or technical setup change, this policy may be revised.
Information you choose to submit
When you submit a form, the site records the information needed for that form along with a timestamp. The newsletter form currently captures an email address and the time it was submitted. This is a local signup capture only: newsletter delivery is not automated, and the address is not sent to an email marketing platform by this site.
- Newsletter signup: email address and submission timestamp.
- Contact form: name, email address, subject, message, and submission timestamp.
Information handled by the quiz and calculator
If you submit answers to the quiz or calculator, the site processes those answers to prepare a result for display. The current PHP implementation keeps the temporary result in the server-side session so it can be shown after the form submission. The tool answers and result are not written as a newsletter or contact record. The session also supports form verification and short-lived confirmation or error messages.
Technical information and fonts
The hosting environment may create technical access logs containing an IP address, requested resource, request time, or related browser metadata, depending on configuration. These are operational records, not site-run behavioral analytics. Pages request web fonts from Google Fonts at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; Google may receive connection and browser metadata when your browser loads them, under Google’s own privacy terms. Site images are stored locally.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses a necessary PHP session cookie to support form security, temporary tool results or messages, and administrator sign-in. The cookie is configured as HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure when the site is served over HTTPS. It is not used by this site for advertising or analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking the session cookie may prevent forms, administrator sign-in, or temporary results from working as intended. No other site cookie or tracking technology is currently intentionally used.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to save a newsletter signup, review and respond to contact messages, and operate requested forms and tools. Contact details are not used for automated marketing. Quiz and calculator answers produce on-page suggestions. Hosting records may support routine operation, troubleshooting, and service protection.
Storage, retention, and security
Newsletter and contact submissions are written to private local files on the website server; the site does not use a database for these records. There is no automated deletion schedule. Records remain in those files until they are manually removed. Temporary session information is handled through PHP sessions. The private administrator account stores a username and a password hash, not a plain-text password. Short-lived sign-in attempt records support rate limiting and expire under the dashboard security rules. Article text and uploaded editorial photographs are stored as local files; images selected for articles or uploaded to the image library are public assets, not private document storage. Hosting logs may be retained under the hosting configuration and the site operator does not set a fixed period in this policy.
- You may contact us to ask about a submission or request that it be corrected or removed.
- A request does not itself erase a record; the site operator must review and manually handle it.
- Information sent over the internet and stored on a server can never be guaranteed completely secure. This policy does not claim particular encryption-at-rest practices, independent security audits, or automated backups.
When information may be shared
The site does not sell or rent form submissions or provide them to advertising or analytics services. The hosting provider handles requests and technical data needed to deliver the site; remote Google Fonts requests are described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to address a legal claim or protect people, the site, or its rights.
Links to other websites
The site may link to external profiles, platforms, publishers, or other resources. Following an external link takes you to a service that operates under its own privacy practices. The site operator does not control those services or their data collection; review the relevant provider’s policy before sharing information with it. The third-party profile links are ordinary outbound links, not advertising or affiliate tracking links.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit information, though that means the associated form or feature will not be available to you. To ask what information from a form is held, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact us using the options below and identify the form and email address involved where possible. Newsletter addresses are not sent automated messages, so there is currently no email unsubscribe link or subscription-preference page; you can ask us to remove a captured address through contact.
Privacy rights where applicable
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or object to or limit certain processing. California and EEA residents may have additional rights, potentially including portability and a complaint to a regulator. Rights, exceptions, and procedures vary; this policy does not claim every law applies to every visitor. Contact us with enough information to identify the submission and respond.
Children’s information
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information through a site form, please contact us so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, manually remove the information.
International access and processing
Hosting and service configuration determine where information is processed; we do not state a fixed hosting country. A request may be processed across borders, where applicable protections can differ. Contact us with questions about your information or rights.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. The site does not specially process or respond to that signal. No site-run analytics or advertising tracking is currently in use, as described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when site features, technology, or information practices change, or when needed to clarify the notice. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Review the page from time to time, especially before using a feature after a change.
